WARNING SLIGHT GORE AND FLASHING What, who's this edgy stick-figure-bodied weirdo you ask? This is one of my oldest OC's (and my first ever human OC) Fritz "Spliff" Jürgen. Yep I know, that's an odd name, but don't look at me, my mom and sister named him and although I didn't approve of the name, they kept referring to him as Spliff Jürgen and so it just stuck ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I then recently learned that 'a spliff' is a joint (plus it's not even a real name) so his official name is now Fritz Jürgen - Spliff will be his nickname I guess. I've wanted to do animations with him for *years* but never got around to it. I originally wanted this done for Halloween, but due to KoyoCon coming up and Premiere Pro being a pain in my rear, I didn't finish it until now. But I had a ton of fun playing around with the effects and drawing this dude again after so many years. I really wanted it to look even more like a VHS-tape, but PP kept saying "This effect requires GPU acceleration" and after trying to fix that for literal days I eventually gave up. Wow an animation meme. Haven't made one of those in like.. a year? Oh man. Also, we've reached 200 subs! ____ So I'll try an make this short (though I'll probably fail to do so). One of the reason I barely upload anything anywhere, is because my mental health has taken a trip down into the gutter. Ngl I'm doing pretty damn bad. Which is one of the reasons I even started making this a couple months ago - to try and vent some of the bad feelings out, in a more productive way. It started some time at the end of last year. My little sister had been diagnosed with autism, which has had a huge, permanent impact on my family. My boss was bullying me at my job to a point, where I'd get an anxiety attack, just thinking about going to work, and my best friend in the entire world and roommate, someone who I consider part of my family, my platonic soulmate, moved out which left me feeling painfully alone. We were gonna find an apartment together, something we've been planning the past 3 years, which I'd really been looking forward to. 1 because I love the hell out of him and 2 because I could finally get out of this hell hole of a room I've lived in for several years. But he's got a girlfriend now, so they're gonna move in together. I'm not mad, I totally understand, it just still hurts to be sort of left behind. I was used to either being with him or talking/texting him everyday, and now I barely see or hear from him anymore. And I really miss him. Then there's also this girl on my hall, who is driving me nuts with the mess she leaves every day in the kitchen and bathroom (we share it), she is noisy, and her and her boyfriend have stolen and used several of my possesions, and they have really violent fights that makes me scared to go out of my room, or confront them about their behavior.. My mental health just started spiraling downwards fast. My closest friends just left me when I needed them most, and I just couldn't bare it all anymore. It got so bad that I got put in a psychiatric hospital. I had crazy insomnia because I was scared to go to bed and suffer another panic attack, so I'd just stay up and watch tv until I'd pass out at 6-7 AM. I'd cry all the time, couldn't sleep or do nothing but sleep, and couldn't really eat either. I've since been diagnosed with anxiety, prone to panic attacks + something else, that I won't mention atm, which might be caused by brain damage from birth (I know, kinda crazy). I've been on several different meds - some made me really sick and I was almost hospitalized again. I still can't sleep, and I have to force myself to eat, even if I don't have an appetite or don't feel motivated to cook. And it's just hard. And it fucking sucks. I am getting a little better and getting help, but it's difficult to get any, which just stresses me even more. I also had to quit my job, which meant I had no income for 3 months. Luckily my family have been super supportive and especially my mom has helped me so so much, and my dad and grandma even helped covering some of my bills. And I'm forever grateful for that. I know that things will eventually get better, but everything is just so fucking difficult right now. I'm doing my best, I'm really trying, but since most of my future plans and dreams suddenly came crashing down, it's gonna take me some time to process all that is happening and find out what I'm gonna do looking forward. The pendulum swing and the dance animation I did during my week as an intern at The Animation Workshop. I would've liked to fix a few hiccups on the final animation but didn't have time before I had to go back home. Full speedpaint of my latest drawing. Just me sitting alone in my room, thinking about life and such. Yes I did a simple animation meme, with almost no frame-by-frame BUT I'M READY TO FACE THE CONSEQUENCES I only started making this back in like.. last August? Oh boy, I am bad at finishing projects sometimes. But yeah, if some of the frames look bad, it's because they're like a year old haha. Though despite that fact, I still had a ton of fun making this. HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE! What? What do you mean Halloween was a month ago?! ò-ó Ok so I know I am like.. aeons too late, but hear me out, I have a good reason (kinda). So I was originally working on a MAP part. This was a 15 sec part which I had decided to fully animate frame-by-frame. I used over two full weeks on this, but then the project was unfortunately canceled.. I will probably just include it in a personal MAP later but yeah. Then I saw that there were only a few days 'til Halloween and so lil old me thought 'Hey, I can make a Halloween meme now! I have plenty of time!'....oooh boi was I wrong. As always I ended up being waaay too over enthusiastic, ending up with a waaaay bigger project than intended. Silly me! So I ended up using a month on and off on this, and that's why it's late. But despite its small flaws and mistakes, I am really proud of how this turned out! Introducing Korn The Deeragon (The one dressed as a vampire - he's a mix of a tufted deer and a dragon), Zachary Der Zombie Ziege (trsl. Zachary The Zombie Goat), Hasuki (the husky dressed as a werewolf) and my twin sister's fursona the cat Mucca (dressed as a witch). And then of course there's my sona Charlie (the shiba inu dressed as a skeleton) and my secondary sona, Gale (the one dressed as a pirate. He's a kinda dog/dragon mix or something).
